We are a regional law firm with ten offices in three states, concentrating in the areas of trusts, estates and elder law, seeking a Marketing Associate to support our growth and established marketing needs. This individual will have a professional demeanor, coupled with strong communication skills and detail oriented. Marketing experience in a legal or professional setting is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is also required and experience in a Mac office environment is a plus. The individual should have a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and work style and be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:
Maintain Excel-based firm-wide mailing list with regular updates from Clio system and office managers.
Serve as primary point of contact for marketing partners including Graphic designer, Website / Content Manager(s), Print / Direct Mail Vendors, Branded Supplies Vendors, Videographer
Organize networking lunches and events including lunch & learns, seminars and holiday parties.
Prepare presentations for webinars and events.
Collaborate with content authors, graphic designer and direct mail vendor to distribute quarterly newsletters, annual holiday party invitations and holiday cards.
Work with website manager to update and maintain google listings, website and social media platforms.
Communicate with firm office managers to proactively order and distribute forms, branded stationary, supplies and promotional items.
Support business owner in implementation of firm-wide best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications include:
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand.
Able to organize and manage large amounts of data, files, tasks, schedules.
Proficiency with MS Office 365, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. We will train on our cloud-based time-tracking & billing software (CLIO).
Proficiency with technology including Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Social Media Platforms.
AI platform experience a plus.
Driven, self-directed and able to work without supervision to meet deadlines.
Resourceful problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; numerate and literate.
Additional Compensation (Full-Time):
