Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and reliable

Seasonal Front Desk Associate

to join our team during our busy season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating a welcoming environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and Welcome Guests:

Provide a warm, professional greeting to all visitors upon arrival.

Guest Assistance:

Answer questions, provide directions, and ensure guests feel comfortable.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Assist with light side work such as: Picking up toys and organizing play areas. Cleaning up after guests, including wiping surfaces and tidying common spaces.

Support Operations:

Help with any additional tasks as needed, such as: Restocking supplies. Monitoring entry and exit points for safety. Assisting with event setup or breakdown.

Customer Service:

Handle inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods. Light lifting (up to 20 lbs) for tidying and restocking tasks.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
