Airbnb turnovers, and commercial cleaning services.

We're growing again and looking for a dependable, motivated person to help manage, inspect, and support field operations.

About the Role

We're hiring a

Part-Time Field Operations Supervisor

to assist with day-to-day cleaning operations.
This role combines hands-on cleaning, quality inspections, and helping train new cleaners to follow our five-star standards.

No experience required -- we'll train the right person.

This position is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and ready to grow into a leadership role within a small, fast-moving company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Airbnb and commercial cleanings as needed Conduct quality inspections with photo checklists Help train and support new cleaners Report damages, missing items, or maintenance needs Keep supplies organized and restocked Communicate clearly with management and clients

Be flexible and available for occasional last-minute or weekend jobs

Requirements

No prior cleaning experience required -- we'll provide full training

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to travel up to 45 minutes for job sites Comfortable using phone apps for photos and checklists Positive attitude and professional appearance

Schedule & Pay

Part-Time / Flexible (10-25 hours per week)

Includes some weekends and variable hours depending on bookings

Pay:

$18 - $20 per hour (based on reliability & performance)

Mileage reimbursement
