?The Part-Time Event Assistant Role ?

• Understanding the company's brand, products, and clients
• Assisting with the execution of internal and external local events
• Supporting logistics and shipments for national trade shows and corporate events.
• Providing accurate, complete, and reliable event information to internal teams
• Following brand guidelines to ensure a consistent look, layout, and overall event design
• Managing multiple events simultaneously, meeting numerous deadlines, and collaborating effectively with internal teams
• Responding to internal requests professionally and within deadlines
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all event materials stored both on-site and in off-site storage locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively alert the team when supplies or materials are running low to ensure timely replenishment.
• Assisting the Event Manager in coordinating events as needed
• Pack & ship event assets to event venues so that they arrive on time.

?? You will be successful in this role if ??

• Proven experience in customer service
• Ability to adapt and respond to various situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong prioritization and organizational abilities
• Experience in event planning and organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications, with strong familiarity in using Apple products and operating systems.
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transportation
• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods during events or office work.
• Comfortable lifting and moving event materials or equipment weighing up to approximately 75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for local or national events.
• Ability to set up and dismantle event spaces, including banners, displays, and promotional materials.
• Must be able to work flexible hours when required by event schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
