Job Overview

Reliance First Capital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic part-time Telemarketing Agents to join our

Evening Team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have successful telemarketing experience, possess excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed in a performance-based environment.

Top Agents earn in excess of $17 per hour ($15 per hour base PLUS commission PLUS bonus)

Responsibilities

Conduct follow-up calls to current and prospective homeowners who have expressed an interest in refinancing their existing mortgage, obtaining a purchase mortgage or securing a home equity loan. Engage potential customers in conversation to understand their needs and identify opportunities for customer benefit. Accurately collect and enter data from prospective borrowers. Leverage your training and product knowledge to effectively communicate refinancing opportunities. Strive to maximize your earnings and contribute to overall team goals.

Skills You'll Need

Successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in a lead generation role. Basic PC and data entry skills Excellent command of the English language Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage prospective customers. Ability to work independently and also as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer trust.
