As a Front Desk Representative at Stivers Ford Lincoln, you will act as the face and voice of our dealership for customers coming through our doors or calling in. If you can be described as someone who loves interacting with people, thrives when multi-tasking, and enjoys the feeling of being an asset to your team - we would love to hear from you. What you will do:
- Be friendly, professional, and courteous when working with all customers and employees
- Handle customer questions and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold by efficiently answering and operating our telephone system
- Enter incoming vehicles into our computer system
- Prepare and scan service and parts documents into our document retrieval system
- Assist all managers with various clerical duties as needed
