has been providing patients in Weston and the Metrowest area with high-quality dental care. We are seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist. Our standard office hours are Tuesday - Friday with some Saturdays.

Role Responsibilities

- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Review patient documentation and medical history to provide tailored care.
- Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by reviewing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, including medical documentation and coding.
- Utilize dental clinic systems effectively to manage appointments, patient records, and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and infection control procedures within the clinic.

-Perform x-rays for patients when needed

Qualifications

- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about oral health.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while assisting other dental professionals.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate patient records.
