CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) - PartTime

Bode Aero Services is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative.

We have a Part-Time position open. We are looking for someone with at least one year of Customer Service experience.

Requirements:

*GED or High School diploma

required

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
*Must be able to pass a background check

*Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday

*Must be able to work

6am - 2pm and 1130am - 730pm.

Both shifts are alternated on a weekly basis.

*Two-week training (additional time if needed) - One week Open/One week Close

Operation Days/Hours:

*7 days a week

*Facility opens from 6:00am to 7:00pm.

*ONLY Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

Bode Aero Services provides "On demand" service for

*Charter planes

Flight school
*Aircraft maintenance

*Fuel

*Aircraft storage for small-large corporate aircraft

Duties include:

*Greeting customers, managing phones, communicating with portable radios.
*Assisting pilots, crew and guests with hotel and car rental needs.
*Assisting accounting and management on assigned tasks.
*General cleaning of workspace.
*Ability to work in team environment.
