Overview

The Front Desk/Member Services Representative contributes to building a fiercely fun environment by delivering excellent customer service to our member and guest base. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guest, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance.

Looking supplemental income? We are open 7 days a week from 6am-10pm. We can accommodate a prospective candidate by allowing options for the following shifts: 5:45AM-1:30PM, 1PM-9PM, 4:30-10:15PM. If those shifts do not work for you during M-F we can allow you to be a weekend warrior. Retired and want to act as a filler? No problems, with nearly 20 current employees we are wanting someone to pick up shifts as needed with no weekly schedule commitments.

This position provides the opportunity for not only advancement but to also earn commissions on top of the hourly pay.

Responsibilities

Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement and retention. Assists with membership, retail and pickleball product sales. Checks in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures Maintains a professional and courteous disposition on phone and in person. Is an expert in all club facility, services, programs and schedules/hours of operation. Maintains a clean and organized work area, Able to navigate all stations of the front desk area, to including check-in, guest services, and membership sales. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting. A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments. Performs opening and closing checklist and duties.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred. Strong customer service orientation CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Must be 21+ due to liquor license requirements

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
