Welcome to Your Future in New Home Sales! If you enjoy touring models, have had an interest in the new home industry or real estate in general, and love talking to people, then we have the job for you as a Sales Assistant for builders in the New Homes Industry.
You are an entry-level Sales Assistant. You assist the community by meeting and greeting clients, answering questions about the models/community, helping them to understand the buying process and working with the on-site agent to put marketing material together, and taking care of many aspects that keep the community running smoothly.
Currently, Smart Staffing Solutions has an immediate need for several Sales Assistants in Charlotte, NC! If you have ever considered working with a New Home Builder, this is your opportunity.

Job Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent 5 years of professional work experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Professional Dress and Demeanor
- Be able to pass background checks

- Willingness to be called anytime for an assignment
- Must be available on weekends
- Real Estate license is preferable
