We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our facilities. This position involves various cleaning tasks and responsibilities that contribute to the overall upkeep of commercial spaces. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Experience in facilities maintenance or porter duties will be beneficial for this role. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
