CST Associate

What You'll Do
As a CST Associate you will:
Deliver outstanding service by exceeding customer expectations and living our company purpose.
Promote a safe and secure workplace by following all safety procedures and reporting issues promptly.
Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
Contribute ideas that help improve store operations, customer service, and overall results.
Comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines, including age-restricted sales, food safety, and product handling.
Perform a full range of cashiering duties: cash handling, making change, processing credit cards, lottery, checks, car wash services, and more.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves.
Receive and verify deliveries, ensure product quality, and follow proper handling procedures.
Fulfill virtual orders in accordance with company SOPs.
Perform deli clerk duties as needed, including food prep, packaging, and inventory control.
What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills with customers and team members
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to multitask while maintaining cleanliness and accuracy
Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, inventory, and age-restricted sales policies
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
1-3 months of retail or customer service experience a plus (but not required)
Certifications
Tanksmart C (company-provided)
Propane Dispensing Certification (site-dependent, company-provided)
