We are looking for a

part-time Community Outreach & Lead Development Coordinator

with

clear experience in ABA and a strong track record of generating leads in a professional way

Position Summary

The Community Outreach & Lead Development Coordinator is responsible for growing Go Grow ABA's presence in the community by building relationships and identifying new opportunities.
The right candidate will be someone who already understands the ABA field and has

proven success developing new leads through outreach, networking, and professional engagement

.

This role requires independence, creativity, and the ability to consistently bring in new interest through your own outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Independently identify, develop, and maintain relationships with daycares, schools, pediatric practices, and community organizations Create and carry out your own outreach strategies to generate new leads Conduct outreach through emails, calls, in-person visits, presentations, and community events Clearly communicate Go Grow ABA's services to potential partners in a professional manner Share program information and direct interested contacts to our intake team Distribute outreach materials and maintain a positive, polished representation of the company Track activity and provide regular updates on progress Maintain confidentiality and represent Go Grow ABA with professionalism at all times

Required Qualifications

Experience working in the ABA, autism, behavioral health, or special education field

Proven experience successfully generating leads or developing new business connections

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven and comfortable working independently Ability to think strategically and create your own outreach approach Organized, reliable, and comfortable working both remotely and in the field Must live in or be able to regularly travel throughout New Jersey Reliable transportation for outreach visits
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
