Join Our Team as a Part-Time Apartment Cleaning Technician

Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Apartment Cleaning Technician

to maintain the cleanliness of vacant units at three apartment complexes in Bardstown, KY. This

part-time

position offers

24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours

--no nights, no weekends--with a

flexible schedule & benefits!

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY URGENTLY HIRING!

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure office spaces remain clean and organized. Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and keeping the grounds tidy. Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the

Site Manager

and

Regional Property Manager

.

Qualifications:

Strong reliability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Must have

dependable transportation

.

Compensation & Benefits:
