Welcome to Hearts Open Home Care Agency, and thank you for considering employment with us. We are a home care agency based in Fishers, IN, but please note that travel to Fishers is not required. All interviews are conducted virtually, and we arrange in-home Meet and Greets with the client and the potential caregiver. Training is provided either within the client's home or virtually to ensure your comfort and readiness.
About the Client:
We are currently gathering more details regarding the client's specific needs, but they will require assistance with tasks such as cleaning, transportation to Walmart for prescription pickups, and doctor's appointments.
Requirements:

- Reliable Care and Support
- Your own cleaning supplies or the ability to use the client's preferred supplies
- Flexibility to clean according to the client's preferences
- A positive, respectful, and compassionate attitude
Responsibilities:
- Provide caregiving services to support individuals with daily living tasks
- Perform thorough cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist with monitoring and patient observation, as necessary
- Use first aid skills when needed
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the client's well-being
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions
- Apply skills and knowledge in long-term care and social work to offer comprehensive, holistic care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $300.00 - $600.00 per week
