We are an established online retailer and manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented
Part-Time Bookkeeper
with experience in e-commerce and production-based accounting. We use QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Cin7, and Avalara to manage our operations.
Responsibilities
Record and reconcile daily sales from Shopify and Cin7
Manage A/P and A/R
Reconcile credit card, and payment processor accounts
Process bills, refunds, and expense reports
Maintain accurate inventory and manufacturing cost data (Cin7)
Track COGS, raw materials, and production activity
Assist with sales tax compliance (Avalara)
Support manufacturing reporting and variance reviews

Requirements:
Bookkeeping experience in
online retail and/or manufacturing
Proficiency with
QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Cin7, and Avalara
Strong understanding of inventory and manufacturing accounting
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience with BOM, production reporting, and cost accounting
Familiarity with payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments)
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
