Bartender / Event Staff

to join our team at our custom event venue!

About the Role:

This is a hybrid position where you'll not only serve drinks when the bar is in operation but also assist with event setup and decor when the bar is closed. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment and don't mind switching hats when needed, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending during private events (must be experienced and professional)
Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and decor prep
Light cleaning/resetting of the venue between events
Unloading/loading event supplies and assisting vendors when needed
Providing excellent customer service to guests and clients

Schedule:

Flexible hours: Days, evenings, and some nights Mostly weekends and occasional weekdays Hours vary depending on event schedule (we'll give advance notice)

Requirements:

Prior bartending experience (must be 21+)
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and being on your feet
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Attention to detail (especially for setup and decor tasks)
Punctual and professional appearance
Event setup/decor experience is a plus (but not required - we'll train the right person!)

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
