We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Conduct fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard customer accounts.
Handle cash management duties, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Utilize financial software for transaction processing and record keeping.
Provide support in managing debits and credits, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
Engage in relationship management to foster long-term client connections.
Requirements
Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash management principles.
Ability to operate financial software efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
Saturdays required.
