Cape Fear Seafood Company is seeking skilled servers with Sunday availability to join our team! As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Duties:

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Accurately enter orders into Toast and ensure timely delivery of meals

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns

- Prepare bills and process payment transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience serving in a full-service restaurant

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items

- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to each guest

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Sunday availability is required, and weekday lunch availability is preferred. You must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per week
