We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help support our accounting and administrative functions. This role will work directly with the Controller and assist with AP/AR processes while providing general office support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Assist with Accounts Payable: enter vendor invoices, match invoices to purchase orders, help run checks and communicate with vendors as needed.
Assist with Accounts Receivable: prepare and send customer invoices, record payments and apply them to customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and communicate with customers as needed.
Perform general administrative duties: filing, organizing, maintaining records, data entry, answering phones, retrieve office mail, and update work order files.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Previous experience in administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, or office support preferred.
Basic understanding of A/P and A/R processes (or willing to learn).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
