Job Summary

M&M Fleet Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Place part orders, sell parts, maintain inventory, process core returns.

Picking up and delivering parts to vendors and clients

Assisting clients and technicians with their parts questions and needs.

Monitor online parts sales transactions and ensure customer orders are fulfilled and/or communicated timely

Clean and maintain parts department, restrooms and shop trash.

Keep parts room organized in a fashion that is both practical and useful as well as MOSHA compliant

Manage parts department maintenance and inventory needs.

Prepare end-of-day reports and plan for the following day

Perform other tasks to support as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Ability to identify specialty truck parts.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to use automotive service software

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Bi-Lingual Spanish/English a plus!!!
