This Role Is Responsible For:

• MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE W/HEAVY DUTY TRUCK PARTS MANAGEMENT
• Extensive Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Truck Parts
• Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Inventory Management \xe2\x80\x93 Establish stocking levels for all manufacturing lines in inventory.
• Meet with other department managers to evaluate and maintain
• Oversee Outside Parts Salesperson results, lead team towards profitable growth
• Inter-departmental relations.
• Coordinate purchases from vendors
• Oversee and work with Outside Parts Sales to acquire new accounts and provide exceptional customer service to existing customers.
• Sales calls, quotes, and closings
• Develop monthly specials and long-term marketing/advertising plan.
• Supervise all activities of Parts Department employees.
• Supervise/Oversee Shipping & Receiving and Warehouse departments.
• Motivate parts staff to provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain awareness of current & projected market conditions and develop & implement appropriate strategies and programs to attain the company\'s parts objectives.
• Attend meetings and functions as assigned.
• Prepare annual budget and marketing plan for the parts department.
• Research vendors and parts supplies to lower overhead and increase profits.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor\'s degree preferred
• 5+ years\' experience in Automotive/Heavy Duty Truck/Agricultural Parts Sales or Management
