We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Powersports Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and support our fast-growing team. The Parts Manager oversees all daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring customers and internal teams have the parts and accessories they need. Operational & Inventory Management
+ Oversee parts inventory levels

+ Track inventory movement and ensure proper stocking based on seasonal trends.
+ Maintain organized parts storage areas and a clean

+ Work closely with the Service Department to fulfill repair and warranty part needs.
+ Manage vendor relationships
+ negotiate pricing
+ and monitor backorders.###
Sales & Profitability
+ Monitor parts sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
+ Ensure proper pricing

+ and cost controls.
+ Support promotional displays

Qualifications
------------------
+ 2+ years Powersports or automotive parts experience required; leadership experience preferred.
+ Strong understanding of parts inventory systems and dealership DMS.
+ Excellent communication
+ organization
+ and customer service skills.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Passion for Powersports equipment and an understanding of major brands (Honda
+ Polaris
+ Yamaha
+ Can-Am
+ etc.).
