JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for ensuring the visual and functional quality of machined parts through finishing processes, conducting final inspections, and packaging parts for final shipment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform bending, stretching, kneeling and lifting when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform finishing processes on machined parts including deburring, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning and other surface treatments Conduct visual inspections of finished parts to ensure adherence to quality specifications Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gages, etc.) to verify dimensions Maintain accurate records of inspection results and finishing processes Package machined parts for final shipment Follow detailed finishing instructions and blueprints Utilize digital MES system o Work within ISO9001/AS9100 Quality Management System

JOB TYPE & BENEFITS

Full-time Position with base 40 hours /week with overtime at 1.5x as business requires. Monday-Friday - 8am-4:30pm $16-18/hr Paid Time Off (PTO) Days: 1 hour accrued per 30 hours worked up to 72 hours max PTO per year. It can be used as accrued after 90 days. Paid Holidays - 8 holidays/year (after 90-day probationary period) Annual performance-based bonus in December, expected 3-6% of annual pay Medical, Dental, Vision insurance on day 1 Life insurance, Aflac and Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% match (after 90 days)
