Job Description

Job Summary:

The Parts Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling a variety of customer service functions to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, from order placement through delivery and final invoicing. They will communicate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of parts. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.



Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and respond to credit card payments and related billing inquiries. Manage and redirect overflow calls from the call service to the appropriate personnel. Track shipments and provide freight charges and documentation for parts orders. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Coordinate and process returns including but not limited to credit memos, call tag generation, and claims. Respond to customer inquiries regarding lead times and back-ordered parts. Provide support and clarification for internal teams and customers as needed. Assist in preparing freight quotes for outbound shipments. Collaborate with warehouse personnel, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders Create, maintain, and update information in databases including Freshdesk and open order reports Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Sales background preferred. Proficient computer skills Two (2) or more years of experience in related position preferred, but not required.

Frequently sit for extended periods of time Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
