Rowe Auburn is hiring for a full time Parts Counter Person

Summary Description:

Performs a variety of duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships parts department. Ongoing responsibilities include sale of parts to technicians on service repair orders and front counter retail and wholesale invoices.

Parts Department Responsibilities:

Provide technicians with parts and materials as required. Properly charge parts on repair orders at the correct price and on the correct line.

Use dealership equipment proficiently and safely.

Be able to lift 30-50 lbs. safely.

Process cores and warranty returns from technicians as well as retail and wholesale customers per prescribed procedures.

Achieve and maintain factory certifications as required by the Parts Director.

Maintain a clean, neat and well organized personal space as well as parts department work area.

Must be able to follow directions and multi-task in a fast paced, noisy environment as well as prioritize responsibilities to accomplish daily tasks.

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

The ability to navigate Factory websites and read, comprehend, and follow Technical Service Bulletins.

Ability to speak effectively one on one and interpret customer needs.

Good organizational skills.

Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift.

Focus on quality & service.

Be flexible and available for scheduling for this full-time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
