We are seeking a reliable and talented

Parts Counterman

to join our growing team at Super Car Guys one of the highest volume used vehicle dealerships in the state of Kansas. In this role, you will support customers and technicians by identifying, sourcing, and distributing parts accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable about parts systems, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts identification and selection Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and inventory systems Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges promptly Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming parts shipments Prepare parts for shop technicians and manage work order requests Keep the parts counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and special orders Support overall department operations and workflow

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a parts department, warehouse, or retail counter preferred Familiarity with parts catalogs or inventory management systems (helpful but not required) Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Valid Driver's License

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of automotive, heavy equipment, mechanical, or industrial parts Experience using POS systems or parts lookup software Bilingual abilities a plus
