We are in search of a Full Time Parts Assistant to help act as the primary liaison between the parts department and the accounting department in Oklahoma City, OK.

Parts Assistant Duties/Responsibilities:

Enters purchase orders and parts receipts into maintenance and/or accounting software. Collects and processes all maintenance paperwork from assigned locations. Works closely with the accounting department to process all paperwork according to company standards. Receive parts shipment into Oklahoma inventory, place them in assigned bin location. Arrange any necessary outgoing shipments for assigned locations. Maintains accurate physical parts inventory. Assists with expense account reconciliation for maintenance personnel as needed. Files paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Places parts orders as directed. Maintains productive communication and relationships with vendors. Supports and backs up Parts Manager in their absence. Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager and Director of Fleet Maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organization skills. Strong sense of urgency in competing necessary tasks. Knowledgeable in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous inventory control experience.

Physical Demands:

Able to lift 30 lbs. without assistance.
