As an experienced RV Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for all RV parts and accessories, assisting customers and service technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct items for their recreational vehicles. You will leverage your strong knowledge of RV components and excellent customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience and contribute to the dealership's success.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist walk-in and call-in customers in a professional and prompt manner, helping them identify and select the appropriate RV parts and accessories. Provide expert advice on parts selection, compatibility, and installation, and actively promote sales of parts and related accessories. Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting regular audits to ensure accurate counts. Collaborate closely with service technicians to ensure the timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance, fulfilling their requests efficiently. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records using inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Stay updated on new RV models, components, accessories, and industry trends to provide current and relevant information. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally, striving for high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience

as a Parts Advisor in an RV dealership, automotive, or related industry is required. Strong knowledge of RV components, systems, and maintenance processes is essential. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software, parts catalog systems, and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented, and customer-first attitude. A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is mandatory. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
