And right now, we're looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us on that journey.

THE ROLE
This is not a background role -- this is front-line, high-impact work.
As our Partner Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a book of our dental partners -- ensuring they're informed, supported, and continually seeing the value of their partnership with us.
You'll act as the bridge between our internal team and our partners, leading strategy calls, providing reporting updates, addressing questions, and ensuring that every doctor and practice we serve feels seen, heard, and valued.
This is a hybrid position, meaning you'll work remotely most days but must be available 2-3 times per week for in-person collaboration at our Metro Atlanta office. That's where we strategize, share wins, solve challenges, and keep our partner-first energy high.
This is a 6-month W2 contact (probationary period) -- a chance to prove your impact, show initiative, and step into a full-time permanent role with benefits, leadership potential, and new incentives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Manage a portfolio of partners:
Be their main point of contact and ensure every one of them feels supported, informed, and valued.
Lead strategy and review calls:
Guide partners through growth discussions, marketing updates, and performance reviews.
Communicate with clarity:
Translate marketing results, data, and insights into easy-to-understand conversations that help partners make confident decisions.
Field client requests:
Troubleshoot issues when possible and escalate to the right team members when needed.
Own monthly reporting:
Send and present clear, engaging reports that show what's working, what's next and where opportunities lie.
Dri
ve retention and expansion:
Identify upsell opportunities or add-on services that align with client goals.
Collaborate internally:
work with our marketing, creative, and operations team to deliver seamless client experience.
Stay proactive:
Anticipate partner needs, follow up consistently, and ensure no detail falls through the cracks.
Be camera-friendly:
We document our company growth journey -- and you'll be apart of that story.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're the type of person who believes communication is everything. You don't just manage relationships -- you build partnerships.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and confident leading conversations with doctors, office managers, and business owners. You can take complex marketing concepts and make them simple and actionable.
You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment -- where ideas move fast, people care deeply, and every day feels like a chance to make an impact.
You might be a great fit if you:
Live in or near Metro Atlanta and have reliable transportation for in-person collaboration (2-3x per week).
Have 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, sales or business development.
Have experience in or exposure to marketing, consulting, or growth-focused industries (bonus points for agency experience).
Communicate clearly and confidently in both written and spoken form.
Are highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail.
Stay calm and composed when solving problems.
Are a natural relationship builder -- people trust you quickly.
Have a BAchelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
Have reliable WI-FI and a workspace setup.
Are comfortable on camera and open to participating in company media or brand documentation.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH PLAN
Base Salary:
$25-$35/hour (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
Available for hitting retention and growth targets
