Partner Success & Development Coordinator

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our partner network, ensuring they have a world-class experience while supporting our business development efforts. Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management:
Act as the face of the company for our partner network; facilitate introductory presentations and maintain consistent, professional communication via phone and email.
Meeting Coordination:
Manage complex calendars, schedule partner meetings, and attend sessions to ensure seamless execution and follow-up.
Operational Excellence:
Handle high-volume data entry and file organization with 100% accuracy.
Revenue Tracking:
Monitor and track revenue agreements to ensure all partnership milestones are documented.
Business Development Support:
Assist in "driving" the growth of the firm by participating in external meetings and presentations.
Event & Travel Management:
Lead the coordination of partner events and travel logistics (averaging one trip per month).
Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a client-facing coordinator role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; fast and accurate typing/data entry skills.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present professionally to partners.
Organization:
Elite time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving to local meetings and presentations.
