Partner Relationship Executive:



Chetu is seeking a full-time Partner Relationship Executive to lead and expand our global partnership initiatives. This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-value relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving measurable growth through collaboration and channel expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of leadership, sales strategy, and relationship management skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation Structure:



Compensation packages range from $70,000 to $78,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Position Description:



Develop and manage long-term strategic partnerships that align with Chetu's business objectives. Identify and engage new partnership opportunities across targeted markets. Lead partner negotiations, proposals, and contract execution in collaboration with legal and leadership teams. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure program success. Maintain strong, proactive communication with partners to ensure satisfaction and shared success. Track partnership performance through KPIs, reporting metrics, and ROI analysis. Represent Chetu at partner conferences, summits, and trade shows as a key brand ambassador. Work closely with senior leadership to align partnership strategy with organizational goals.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales Management. Proven ability to create and sustain high-impact business relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Strong analytical mindset and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or proprietary tools). Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Technology or SaaS industry experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Willing to travel 35-50% for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
