with the Residents each day. We are looking for a caring and compassionate receptionist that is looking to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of providing customer service for our residents, prospects and vendors.
This individual plays a key role in delivering on the customer service expectations for our residents, prospects and vendors. As such, you will act as the first point of contact for all residents and visitors providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression. This position provides receptionist and administrative support to the organization as well as general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. This individual will have a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

Customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure and continuing changing situations. Willingness to learn.
