We are looking for a part time tractor trailer truck driver. If you cannot meet the requirements below, please do not apply.
Description of the job:
Hauling sand, limestone, gravel and bulk ice control salt in Western PA and southern tier of NY. This would be a fill in when driver is off or extra driver if workload requires it. Our equipment is all late model. Primarily would be running a 2020 day cab with 500 Cummins with 18 speed.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE DUMP TRAILER EXPERIENCE - NOT NEGOTIABLE
Must be 23 years of age.
Must have class A CDL with current medical card.
Must have 3 plus years of driving experience.
Experience running flatbed.
Experience hauling equipment on lowboy and Landoll trailers would be a plus.
Must be able to drive manual transmissions.
Must not be rough on equipment.
Must be willing to come to work and dress appropriately. We work in construction so jeans, work boots, etc are required.
Must be able to interact with our customers professionally.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and be enrolled in our random drug testing pool.
We pay hourly. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
This is a part time job, filling in when the driver needs off. There are no benefits and no guarantee of the amount of hours available to work. Could be as little as 8 hours or as many as 60.
