As a Part Time Team Member, you will get to work both indoor and outdoor using iPOS technology to take guests orders and deliver their food promptly and accurately. • Communicates to Team Leaders or Managers for solving operational opportunities that affect the guest experience

In 2004 our Owner/Operator, Lauren Nelson, began her journey with Chick-fil-A as a team member at Chick-fil-A Oakwood Shopping Center at fourteen years old. After college, Lauren began working on the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Covington-Highway 190 where she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. She then went on to work for Chick-fil-A, Inc. leading successful teams across the U.S. as a Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager before being selected as an Owner/Operator in 2016.
