Educate clients on available tanning options, including beds, booths, lotions, and aftercare products, emphasizing safety and skin health. Provide personalized recommendations to enhance the tanning experience, upselling premium products and packages to maximize client satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across tanning beds, booths, and common areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling with professionalism. Monitor tanning equipment regularly for proper operation, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and optimal performance. Promote ongoing customer engagement through follow-up communications, loyalty programs, and special offers to encourage repeat visits. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and safety guidelines to provide expert advice and uphold our high standards of service.

Skills

Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently upsell products and services while maintaining a friendly approach. Excellent customer service skills--empathetic listening, clear communication, and a positive attitude are essential. Knowledge of sanitation procedures related to tanning equipment and salon cleanliness to ensure client safety. Background or interest in cosmetology or skincare is a plus, aiding in providing expert advice on skin health and product use. Ability to handle cash accurately, process transactions efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling effectively.
