Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join us as Part-Time Janitorial Supervisors. This role involves leading evening and weekend cleaning teams, ensuring facilities are maintained to high standards, and cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence.

Hourly Rate:

$17.50

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM; Sunday | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Various sites across O?ahu (assigned near employee homes when possible)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise evening janitorial teams and assign daily duties Manage facility access and key distribution Maintain restrooms, offices, and shared areas Oversee floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Sanitize high-touch surfaces and restock supplies Empty trash and replace liners Ensure safety protocols are followed and nightly operations run smoothly

Minimum Qualifications

18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background and drug screenings Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between sites Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Punctual, reliable, and professional Strong communication skills and positive attitude Self-motivated and eager to learn Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

No Experience? No Problem!

Previous janitorial or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. IFSH provides full training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help dedicated individuals develop leadership skills and advance their careers.
