Position Overview

We are looking for a

Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor

to manage evening operations at multiple locations. This role includes leading janitorial teams, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, coaching staff, and ensuring nightly operations run smoothly.

Hourly Rate:

$17/hour

Monday-Saturday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Locations:

Multiple worksites across O?ahu

Key Responsibilities

Supervise evening janitorial teams and delegate tasks efficiently Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Sanitize and restock restrooms and shared spaces Mentor staff to enhance skills and performance Enforce company policies and safety protocols Secure facilities at the end of each shift

Minimum Requirements

18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug screenings Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between worksites Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional

Preferred Skills & Experience

Previous janitorial or supervisory experience Familiarity with cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and safety procedures Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
