Position Overview

We are seeking a

Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor

to oversee evening operations at multiple locations. In this role, you will lead janitorial staff, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, mentor team members, and ensure smooth nightly operations.

Monday-Saturday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Lead evening janitorial teams and assign tasks efficiently Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and shared areas Mentor and guide staff to improve performance and skills Enforce safety procedures and company policies Secure facilities at the end of each shift

Minimum Requirements

18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug screenings Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between worksites Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional

Preferred Skills & Experience

Prior janitorial or supervisory experience Familiarity with cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and safety procedures Positive, proactive, and collaborative work style
