Claire\'s - A Career that\'s always in style Part Time Manager Opportunity About the Role As a Part Time Manager at Claire\'s, you will be responsible for: \xc2\xb7 Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales \xc2\xb7 Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets \xc2\xb7 In the absence of any other management they may open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally \xc2\xb7 Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service \xc2\xb7 Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating Claire\'s products \xc2\xb7 Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge \xc2\xb7 Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions \xc2\xb7 Ear piercing (you will receive full training) \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers About You \xc2\xb7 Some high school required \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year retail experience \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills \xc2\xb7 Understands the importance of Customer Service \xc2\xb7 Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to stand during scheduled shifts \xc2\xb7 Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally \xc2\xb7 Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers \xc2\xb7 Ability to operate POS system About Claire\'s \xc2\xb7 A leading high street fashion retailer with +3000 stores globally \xc2\xb7 We specialize in fashionable jewelry, accessories and cosmetics products \xc2\xb7 Our core customer ranges from children to young women.
