- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions and upsell additional products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

```Skills```
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively sell products and close deals
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and customer orders
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are an advantage for serving multilingual customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
