Burn Boot Camp is looking for an energetic, people-driven

Part-Time Front Desk Sales Associate (Burn Ambassador)

to join our team! This role is ideal for a self-motivated go-getter who loves connecting with others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help people change their lives through fitness and community.

Hours:

12-25 hours per week

Shifts Available:

Morning:

4:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Evening:

4:00 PM - 7:30 PM

(Monday-Friday based on your availability!)

As the first point of contact for both members and guests, Burn Ambassadors play a vital role in creating an elite experience while driving membership sales and building meaningful relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver an elite client experience at the front desk during camps Build strong relationships and foster community with members Present membership options and confidently sell memberships Execute follow-up with leads and members using our CRM system Learn and use members' names to create a welcoming environment Support daily team goals by communicating needs and preparing trainers for first-time visitors Maintain professionalism while assisting with facility upkeep and cleanliness Handle member concerns and provide solutions aligned with Burn standards Manage Mindbody POS responsibilities, including: Contracts and account accuracy Billing updates Inventory management New retail SKU entry Merchandise retail displays according to company standards Upsell Burn Nutrition and retail products Capture content for social media and support marketing initiatives Collaborate with team members and franchise partners on new initiatives
Qualifications

Passion for customer service and building relationships Sales-minded with confidence initiating conversations Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Social media savvy Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
