The Iowa Cubs are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Retail Team as Part-Time Retail Associates. This seasonal role supports game days and special events at Principal Park and plays a key role in delivering an excellent fan experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to fans and guests
Assist customers with merchandise selection and product knowledge
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems in a cashless retail environment
Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise displays
Maintain a clean and organized retail space
Assist with inventory counts and restocking
Follow loss prevention and company procedures
Represent the Iowa Cubs brand in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications:
Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Schedule:
Part-time, seasonal position (late March through mid-September)
Hours vary based on game schedule and events
Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Availability for home games is required
