Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Part time On Call Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and responding to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on-site
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Enforce access control procedures, checking identification and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing them with accurate information and support
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in law enforcement or security is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
