The Nursing Secretary provides essential administrative support to the Nursing Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional resident care. This position plays a key role in supporting a professional, organized, and resident-centered environment while upholding Cheshire Home's mission of promoting independence and quality of life.
What Will You Do:
Managing Schedules
Maintaining medical records
Coordinating communication between staff, residents and families
Assisting with departmental documentation and reporting
Answering high volume of calls and bell lights
What We Are Seeking:
High School Diploma or equivalent
- General office skills- Microsoft Office, computer knowledge
Telephone Skills
Flexible ability to plan and perform a wide variety of assignments
Good Organizational skills
