We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest service during nighttime hours. Responsibilities

Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Prepare and review daily reports, including revenue summaries and guest accounts Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Assist with guest services such as reservations, room assignments, and special requests Ensure security protocols are followed during overnight shifts for the safety of guests and staff Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly, efficient service at all times

Skills

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel front desk operations Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision Knowledge of hospitality software systems is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a resort or hotel environment

Job Type: Part-time
