Aspire is seeking an extremely creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Part-Time Media Strategist

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong analytical and creative skills, and can translate Aspire's mission into compelling digital and on-site content. The right candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and able to balance strategy with execution--helping elevate Aspire's presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute media and website strategies that support Aspire's marketing goals and drive measurable results. Create, publish, and manage high-quality original content across all media channels, including social media, Aspire's website, Main Street digital signage, and physical signage throughout the park. Research emerging media trends, hashtags, and best practices to keep Aspire's content fresh and relevant. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive content ideas and campaign plans. Utilize analytics tools to measure and report performance on posts, ads, and digital campaigns, recommending improvements and next steps. Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed to support media initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred. ~5 years of experience in media, marketing, digital content creation, or social media strategy. Demonstrated ability to increase web traffic and brand awareness through thoughtful and effective digital strategies. Proficiency across major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Pinterest. Experience creating and managing professional media content, including graphics and photo editing. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reflect Aspire's brand voice. Organized, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Schedule:

Part-time with potential to transition into a full-time role. Not a remote position. This position must work from Aspire's main office at 777 Aspire Drive.
Compensation:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour

, depending on exceptional experience.
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
