Opening for a community manager in and around the Phenix City, AL area.
What we are looking for:
Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service skills and leadership skills
Must be very detail oriented
Must be punctual, self-motivated, and have the ability to resolve conflicting issues
Must have a valid driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition
Background check required
Basic duties & responsibilities:
Responsible for all lease administration duties
Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings. Provide Notices for late rent, rules, and regulations violations.
Appear in court on the behalf of the Company in regard to evictions.
Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
Determine whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the units, grounds, facilities, and equipment.
Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and coworkers.
Obey all Federal Fair Housing Laws and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status or national origin.

LIHTC: 2 years (Preferred)
