Job Title: Charge Nurse


Location: Bethany Home Sioux Falls


Employment Shift: Part - Time (6PM - 10PM).


Starting Pay: LPN starting range $26 - $32(Compensation will be determined by set wage scale)

Shifts Available: Five 4 hour shifts each week (6PM - 10PM).

Must be available every other weekend and holiday.


DAILY TASKS:

Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine Chart the progress of residents using PointClickCare Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet/activities/lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people Form relationships with our residents Strive to build a place where residents feel at home

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Licensed in the State of South Dakota. Current CPR Certification
