We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience. Support host/host duties as needed, including managing reservations through OpenTable.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience in a server role is preferred, particularly in fine dining or upscale environments. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous. Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential. Experience in the food industry, including food preparation and sanitation practices, is highly valued.
